The cache is located on the beach in the Florida National Seashore area of Navarre, FL. It requires a moderately difficult hike of 1.52 miles to the cache site.
The cache is in a clear plastic container approximately 5" wide by 12" deep. It is buried approximately 2" below the sand. The cache is marked with a small metal rod approximately 30" in length. There is a metal dragonfly on the end of the rod. The cache is buried approximately 15" due north of the metal rod. The metal rod is located on the north side and at the foot of a small sand dune. The rod is close to a small patch of sea oats and the rod can only be seen when you are north of and in close proximity to the cache site. The cache contains a logbook, sunglasses, two sun visors, mardi gras beads, sunblock, pencils, sunglass lense cleaners, a scarf, and a camera. The camera should be used to take a picture of yourself and then return the camera to the cache.
