Geocache Description:

North Brunswick Confidential: The Bridge That Isn't

The recent history of North Brunswick is closely tied to development and construction, and many of the town's more pressing issues deal with it, so I thought I'd place a cache at one of the more unusual construction quirks of the area.

If you look closely at a map of the GZ, the chances are good that it will indicate a bridge on Kearney Drive over the creek separating North Brunswick from Milltown. This was in most of the plans, but was scrapped at the last minute amid concerns of increased traffic passing though the neighborhoods between Route 130 and Main Street; however, even though the bridge never made it into existence, it still made it onto the maps.

The cache is hidden in one of the most obvious places (to a cacher) that it could be; there is NO NEED to go onto private property, or to venture down the embankment to the creek.
