Geocache Description:

In Alpers canyon at the very end of the left fork in the road. There are some modern ruins there and I surely would like to know what they were. Only the foundations remain. Keep your kids close and watch your step. This is my best hide ever for difficulty. Please replace the cache as found unless it's exposed.

I just love Douglas Adams' work and the title seems to fit this location.

This was Cache #5 in my Offroad Adventure Cache Series. Each cache has a secret code that unlocked the coordinates to the bonus cache that is now archived. They can all be done in one day (6 caches; 5 + a bonus cache) by an experienced motorcycle rider. Bragging rights is all you will receive.

The cach is nicely stocked with all new stuff:

Log book, pen, and pencil.
An FTF medal.
A coool Marble (fist sized) paperweight.
A Star Trek collectors watch.
A travel alarm clock.
A Brain Testers game: Peg Out
catch a bubble.
Mini Trouble Light.
Town of Mammoth Lakes patch.
A 4 pack of stainless steel tweezers.
A Wrist Builder.
An emergency rescue vehicle play set: Fire Fighters.

AND THE SECRET CODE WRITTEN ON THE LID.

Plan your trades accordingly and post them to keep these caches interesting for others to make the effort.
