Bring your bubbles!
WWFM X - Bubblefest
 

 

               

Have you heard about WWFM (World Wide Flash Mob)? It's a 15-minute long cache event which is held simultaneously around the globe!


You have only 4 things to do during the WWFM X Bubblefest:


1) Bring a container of bubbles to blow

2) Sign the log sheet with your geocaching name (this will be a small paper, which will be used for a couple of prize draws)


3) Mingle with each other


4) Group photo at the end (approximately 10:11 a.m.)



Who? Geocachers, their families, and friends
What? A flash mob cache event
Where? Above co-ordinates
When? 10:00 - 10:15 a.m. PST May 4, 2013

Here's the plan:

9:45 to 9:59 a.m...
*find parking (street parking and parking across the street NE in the school board lot), everybody hangs around, just act as if you don't know each other and nothing is going to happen.

10:00 a.m...
*I will walk to the posted co-ordinates, wearing my geoname tag and carrying a bucket. This is the signal that the WWFM X - Bubblefest is starting.

10:00 - 10:01 a.m...
*everybody gather at Ground Zero and send your bubble into the air.
*I will briefly say hi, and start passing around the log sheets

10:01 - 10:10 a.m...
*sign the log sheets and put in the bucket
*mingle, meet other geocachers
*exchange stories, TBs, coins with each other
*I will draw a couple of names from the bucket for swag items

10:10 - 10:13 am...
*announcement to organize yourselves for the group photo
*taking of the official photo of the WWFM X Bubblefest

10:14 a.m...
*one minute warning!

10:15 a.m. EXACTLY..
*all participants must leave the area. Everybody! It is very important that we all leave the premises at exactly 10:15 after I say good-bye, to make it a true Flash Mob.
