How Geocaching Works
The dream is that one day this abandoned rail bed will be added to the city's trail system. Hunt for this cache before that dream (and increased popularity of this area) is realized.
Although the rail bed is cleared out, getting to the cache could pose some challenges... irregular terrain, significant overgrowth, steep embankments, and residual rail bed rock, ties, and other telltale signs of the area's previous history. On top of that, nearby parking may present a challenge (afterall, it is a trail, isn't it). All that should make for a bit of an adventure. Hunt at your own risk. Oh, and by all means, ENJOY!!!
