Geocache Description:

Bring your own writing instrument. This is a small container placed in the woods near a new Geocaching supply store. It's a nice walk from the parking lot, but can be muddy when it's been raining.

I've been wanting to get a new cache in by this new store for about a year now.They did a lot of engineering on this site and from the looks of things they are still working at it. Be careful of the water holes near ground zero. They look to be some project of the civil engineers who are working on the site. Not recommended to get this at night time! It's about 48 ft above sea level here and doesn't drain well making the walk to this one a muddy mess when it's been raining. Be sure to wear your boots! On the other hand, this should be a lovely stroll if you wait until summer to go for it.
