This park is a frisbee golf park, and in good weather you are going
to find yourself literally surrounded by frisebee golfers. Foul
weather may actually be your friend for this cache.
The location of the cache will probably be immediately obvious,
but you will have to be v-e-r-r-r-y careful retrieving it so
as not to be seen. If even one muggle sees you grabbing for it,this
cache will probably be done for, so please use extreme care.
Once there, you will see that you can just sit and wait for the
right moment to casually reach down and grab the cache when nobody
is watching you.
(This MAY be (motorized) wheelchair accessable, but I rated it 1.5
just in case.)
