Geocache Description:




Please join us for a fun day on of paddling on Elkhorn Creek! Sorry, but it won't be as exciting as the photo above, but we will have around 25-30 permanent paddle caches hidden along the creek. Water level is good here year round so no need to worry about dragging. If you don't have a boat you can still come to the event. A paved launching ramp is available to provide access to the creek and it is free.

Let's meet at Great Crossing Park near the boat ramp at 8:30 a.m. to sign the event log, meet fellow paddle mixers and grab a muffin or some fruit to get you all fueled up to hit the water at 9.
