KAPLICKA sv.MICHAELA
Kaplicka vznikla nekdy na pocátku 19. století. Petrákuv historický turistický pruvodce uvádí, že již v roce 1891 z ní zbyla jen ruina. Znovu obnovena byla v roce 2002 díky nekolika místním nadšencum a obcanskému sdružení Zdravé Krkonoše. Žádné záznamy o názvu kaplicky se nedochovaly, zasvecení svatému Michalovi tak zrejme není puvodní. Námetem nástenné malby interiéru je Boží soud. Uprostred dvanácti apoštolu, drží podle krestanské tradice misky vah sám archandel Michal - symbol boje dobra proti zlu, prímluvce a prostredník lidských modliteb a ochránce spravedlivých. Vlevo sv. Petr odemyká dvere do ráje, vpravo vítá hríšníky v pekle sám Dábel. Freska je provedena starou technikou malby pigmentem do mokrého štuku, kterou navrhla a realizovala výtvarnice Kveta Krhánková s týmem restaurátoru. Uprostred fresky je umísten drevený reliéf sv. Michala od rezbáre Petra Kysely.

ST. MICHAEL'S CHAPEL The chapel originated somewhen at the beginning of the 19th century. Petrak's historical tourist guidebook indicates that there was just a ruin of the chapel by 1891. It was rebuilt in 2002 thanks to a few local enthusiasts and a civic association Zdrave Krkonose (Healthy Krkonose Mountains). No records about the name of the chapel were preserved and therefore dedication to St. Michael is clearly not original. The theme of the interior mural painting is The Ordeal. In the middle of the twelve apostles is Archangel Michael himself - the symbol of a battle against evil, intercessor and mediator of human prayers, guardian of justice holds in accordance to Christianity the balance of the pans. On the left site St.Peter unlocks the door to heaven, on the right site the Devil himself welcomes the sinners to hell. The fresco painting was implemented by an old brushwork technique using pigment in the wet stucco. The mural was designed and realized by artist Kveta Krhánková with a team of restorers. Wooden relief of St. Michael, made by woodcarver Petr Kysela, is situated in the middle of the mural.

Kaplicka vznikla (podobne jako nedaleko stojící kaple sv. Michala) na zacátku 19. století. Puvodní cesta vedoucí pred kaplickou byla zrejme po zrícení kaplicky posunuta na soucasné místo. Ze stavu úplné ruiny byla kaplicka obnovena obcanským sdružením Zdravé Krkonoše v roce 2004. Interiéru kaplicky dominuje drevený kríž, který navrhl a realizoval výtvarník Marian Páchnik. Ve štítu je latinský nápis podle evangelia sv. Matouše - zvolání Krista na kríži"Bože muj, proc jsi me opustil" se zvýraznenými písmeny roku obnovy MMIV.

ST. CROSS CHAPEL The chapel was established (just like the nearby chapel of St. Michael) at the beginning of the 19th century. The original trail that lead in front of the chapel was probably moved to its current location after the collapse of the chapel. From a total ruin the chapel was rebuilt by a civic association Zdrave Krkonose (Healthy Krkonose Mountains) in 2004. A wooden cross, made and implemented by artist Marian Páchnik, dominates the interior of the chapel. Located in the gable is a Latin inscription according to the gospel of St. Matthew - exclamation of Jesus on the cross "My God, My God why have You forsaken Me" with highlighted letters of the year of the restoration MMIV.
