Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the listed coordinates. It's another puzzle cache (not a Sudoku or even a Crossword) that will end with a regular size container. (No longer an ammo box that would be stolen.)

Ultimately this puzzle cache will culminate in a child friendly hunt to a size 3 container initially filled with child related goodies. This cache does not require any fancy calculations and will prove to be an easy locate once the container coordinates are determined. There are two ways to figure out the coordinates, the easy way and the hard way. Be sure to let us know which method you used.

To determine the actual final cache coordinates, you will first have to figure out the coordinates listed below. These coordinates will take you to another location where a list of information will eventually provide you with the coordinates for the actual final cache location.  Sounds easy enough, right? Maybe so if the numbers were already in decimal form!

Your first set of coordinates are in binary form, and your second set of coordinates will be in hexidecimal form.  It's up to you to turn the numbers back into usable coordinates.

To find the list of information, go to:
N101001 101001.1110111000
W1011010 11111.1101110010

At this new location, figure out the following clues for the NORTH coordinates, placing the characters on the blanks below in the same order as the clue.  (I have placed the number of the clue under the appropriate line to assist you with answer placement in the coordinates)

1. The total number of letters in the title of the page on the top row that begins with "Camping" in bold letters (PLUS THREE !)

2. The senior citizen discount (PLUS 1 !!!)

3. On the page in the lower right-hand corner, what is the 2nd letter of the word following the "Scott County ~ "

4. (The "Limit" number on the page that has "Whispering" in bold at the top) PLUS (The "Limit" number on the page that has "Cody" in bold at the top) MINUS (the number of letters in the title to the right of "461A.45" TIMES TWO

Use the following clues for the WEST coordinates:

1. The 2nd digit that is used in two out of the three posted speed limits on the "General Park Rules and Regulations" page

2. Same as in #3 above

3. The numeric position in the alphabet, of the 5th letter of the word that follows "Section 27."

4. The 6th letter on the line that ends with "Air Act" on the page titled "Resolutions" (just a few lines down from the top)

5. The number contained somewhere in the line on the "Camping..." page that begins with "Tents"

6. The 4th letter of the 1st word of the cabin, whose name contains an animal

N__ __.___
=  1  23  4

W__ __.__
= 12 34  56

Once you have determined the answers to the clue in hex form, you can then convert the coordinates to decimal and enjoy a nice liesurely walk to the cache.  Good luck!

Please be sure to cover the cache container completely after your visit and thank you for your patronage to a SpaceCowboy & PattyAnn Geocache, now adopted and maintained by DTCBEARSnMATHMATE as of 12/12/2023 when they replaced the missing final, and have since adjusted the page description to reflect current information at the second location.
