Located about 50 ft from Phipps Arch. Phipps Arch is on top of a butte about 300 ft. above Phipps Wash. Tributary to Escalante River. It is a tough scramble up to the arch.
Normal size cache located at the base of a small juniper tree to the north of the Arch. The cache is underneath some flat rocks which hides it pretty well.
Contents are a "Shotz" sport flask, Turf tee for golfing, Salt Lake Paralympic flashlight, (5) #2 pencils, New bar of best western soap, book of matches.
