The beautiful old school in Morse, Saskatchewan has been
educating
its community since 1912. Beginning as a small school in a
bustling
railway town, it has since changed roles and become an
absolutely
fantastic museum. The connection with its former role has
remained
strong, literally: the two schools remain physically
connected!
That is not the only connection between the two - together they
won
a national award for their educational partnership in 2009.
The museum is open 9-5 Monday through Friday year-round and
on
Saturdays May-August.
