Geocache Description:

A nice easy walk along the Pemigewasset River in New Hampton
On the Heritage Trail.

Parking is at N 43' 35.441 W 071'43.837 on the right after the bridge.

This section of the Pemigewasset River is probably the best known white water spots
in New Hampshire. With class II III this river sports white water rapids for the
beginner and expert alike.
Bring a fishing pole the trout can get quite large here and on a hot day bring a towel
there are swimming holes all along the trail the best being Wourthen's Rock which will
be the first rock outcrop that You will come to about 400 feet from the cache.

Ok now for the cache
Park on the right after the bridge then cross the street and follow the path to
the cache. Watch for kayakers in the river but be careful with the little ones
the bank can be steep in spots
I placed this cache with a few kayaking friends after running the river and they got to
name it and will give extra credit for any kayak pictures posted.

When placing the cache reception was a little bit spotty so please post Your
Coordinates .
