If you visit Piatra Neamț, you must take a trip to the top of Cozla Mountain! The best way to truly enjoy the view is to use the gondola lift. If you come here in the winter and you are a skier, there is also a slope and a chairlift that start from nearby the cache site.
For 30 RON (6,2 EUR - price updated aug 2020) per person (two way trip) you get to travel with the gondola for about 6 minutes, going above the rooftops of the buildings. The gondola leaves from the front of the train station
If you want to go by car, be prepared for a steep, rough road. Not recommended in the winter or rainy weather, unless you have a 4x4. Actually, if your car is not 4x4... maybe you should not try at all... the road condition has worsened in the past years
