Geocache Description:

This event is one of a series of three that lead up to the spring edition of the Calgary Cache And Release (CCAR) events.

Are you ready to place a different kind of cache? Instead of hiding just another micro in a tree, why don't you try something different and place a non-traditional cache. Usually non-traditional caches are highly appreciated by cachers. There are more multi and puzzle caches with high favorite points than there are traditional caches. Not only that, but the percentage of favorite points to finds is generally high. So what makes these types of caches appreciated?

In this event we will touch on the following subjects:
- what are the different kind of non-traditional caches.
- what are some of the specifics about those cache types?
- what makes them good?
- Tips and tricks for placing those caches.

This event will take place at the CNIB, 15 Colonel Baker Pl NE.
We will start at 2pm and end at approximately 4pm.
