Let's all meet for lunch high atop Wade Mountain at the summit in Huntsville to enjoy a cheesburger together and do the normal geocaching event thing; exchanging stories, sharing ideas, swapping coins and so on. Please note that this event will involve a 5 mile hike up and down a mountain.
Let me just answer a few questions....
Q1: Why a cheesburger on a summit?
A1: Rick618 mentioned this idea sometime ago. I thought it was cool.

Q3: Where is the event?
A3: At the posted coordinates. That is near the summit of Wade Mountain. We will be meeting there at noon to discuss the various facets of geocaching and so on. Shortly after noon, we will head over to the summit for a group photo of us all eating a cheesburger and to sign the log. You must be present to sign the log and be pictured eating a chessburger to log this event.
Q4: Is there a group hiking up together I can join?
A4: Sure, A group will be meeting at the land trust parking lot (see additional waypoints) at 10:30. Feel free to join in! We are likely to return is different groups according to personal schedule, so you should be able to find an appropriate return group for your taste.
Q5: What if I want to hike up with another group or alone?
A5: Have at it! Just meet us at the summit at noon! There are plenty of things to see on Wade Mountain.... and lot's of geocaches to find! Have a good time!
Q6: What will getting to the summit involve?
A6: About 5 miles of hiking well marked trails, from an elevation of 800' to 1500' and back again. Bring plenty of water, snacks,...... and don't forget a cheesburger! Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Q7: Do I need to bring anything?
A7: Plenty of water. You will likely spend 2-3 hours with just the hiking portion. Bring plenty of snacks too. You need to bring your own cheeseburger.
Q8: Where will the log be.
A8: The log will be pulled out after the group photo and be made to anyone who has made the trek to the summit, after the have their picture taken eating a cheeseburger at the summit.
Q9: What is the purpose of this?
A9: To have good geocaching fun. To share a few stories. To tell a few tales. The share discussion about any aspect of geocaching. It would be a great opportunity for new geocachers to learn more about what is going on. Come to have fun, enjoy the scenery, and eat a chesseburger
