Geocache Description:

This cache is located near the ruins of an old icehouse that used to store blocks of Ice cut from the near-by Lake. The blocks were then loaded on rail road cars and transported down the side rail track to the main rails.
The building may have also played a part in the excavation of Marl from the lake bottom.

You will need to park at the recommended parking area (N 40°59.578 ~ W 074°54.760) and walk down the old rail road sidetrack to access this cache. Please respect the private property. This is also a ‘Back Door’ to another cache that many of you may not have been able to do without a boat.

It is an easy walk to the cache area and the find should not be difficult…However …Signing the log could prove to be a Challenge!!!! It is not advisable to do this cache if you do not have time or patience.
~You will need to sign the log to get credit for the find….~
I have been debating if I should place this cache or not..So any comments will be welcomed.
Hints will probably be given in the future…As for now…Let’s see how it turns out…

I’m sure the old ruins will Amaze you, but the true meaning of the title will become apparent when you find the cache.
Hunting is allowed. So safety orange or avoidance during hunting season is recommended.
