CITO @ Titiwangsa Lake Cache In Trash Out Event

The Titiwangsa Lake Garden  is a recreational park for the public. There are a few huge lakes in the middle of the park where joggers likes to visit in the evening. There are a number of facilities at the park including horse riding, radio control car track, kayaking and cycling/rooler blading tracks. There are also food and drinks sold at the edge of the park.

This will be a CITO event held in conjunction with the first National Sea Scouts Gathering held at the Titiwangsa Lake that weekend. A booth on "Introduction to Geocaching" will also be setup there to introduce geocaching to the scouts. On top of that, it will be great to have a group of geocachers doing CITO to help clean up the area around this beautiful lake.

The event will be held from 5pm till 6pm. We will gather at the geocaching booth at the stated coordinates by 5pm on the event date. Rubbish bags will be provided. It will be best to bring your own gloves and other equipment to help to clean up the area. There will also be a physical geocache placed there soon so that you may log additional finds before or after the event, especially if you wish to complete your "7 souvenirs of August" requirements.

Note: You can get here by KL Hop-on Hop-off bus or by LRT exiting at Titiwangsa station. It will be a short walk from the station.
