hawkeyetob: Well, since the shelter house refurbishment is not completed as soon as anticipated and the reviewer notes it has been more than a few weeks, looks like our given options are limited; replace or archive.

We are unable to replace the cache since to do so would only get in the way of the new shelter construction and since we would not want to block other geocachers from placement...looks like this one will be archived.

We are placing this cache to mark our 100th find!!

Parking available next to this grassy park.
A small cache with a few SWAG.
The park also hosts some playground equipment.
