Several cachers took advantage of the offer from The
Crowne Plaza Hotel of rooms
for $99/night. We hope to take more advantage of this next year.
They were pleased to work with us.
Located in
Kettletown State Park, this event has been the
biggest ever seen in this area.

Our committes are the strength of the event. It could not be
done without them and the volunteers that signed up to help. I, as
the director of the event, am deeply touched by the compliments and
supportive comments that I have received both privately and on this
page.
However, I want all of the committee chairmen and the members who
helped out to accept these compliments as directed at them
personally. You all did a great job.
Special appreciation this year goes to our prize committe who did
an excellent job of procuring some excellent raffle prizes, and the
two boat committees that gave rides to water caches and loaned out
kayacks and canoes with lessons. Many people took advantage of
these offers and we hope to do it again next year.
Listed below are our committe chairmen but there were many
