This is the first cache my family has placed so far. The kids thought to place it in grandpa's trees, because it is their favorite spot to explore and play.
To avoid trespassing on the neighbors' property look for the sign that says "Tree Farm", before you head down through the trees. Park along the street by the sign and feel free to wander through the trees. The cache is in a standard green ammo box by a tree stump (but which one?).
*While you are already out here in this neck of the woods you might like to check out the beautiful Loess Hills. The only other area with loess soil this thick is in China.
