Nothing special about this hide. It is a very small container which
I placed just off the trail on the uphill side of the trail under a
four rock SPOR.
Here is a place where everyone should be careful whether going up
or down the trail. Large rocks in the switchback give you cause to
slow down.
And since you are slowed, I might as well place a cache here to
encourage you to stop and enjoy the view.
I found this little container in a previous cache. It was
holding a plastic ring. Left the ring; took the "future cache
container."

November 13, 2009 by Big Foot Moose (2945 found) Only three of the FCC were available today - Big Foot Moose, Mountain Cat, and InsideVC, so we decided to do some caches in the Point Mugu state Park. We did a 12 mile loop through Hidden Pond and enjoyed the views and weather. Good place for a rest on this steep portion of the trail. TFTC

November 8, 2009 by TerryDad2 (1175 found) I came through here a couple of weeks back knowing there was a cache here, but without my gps. I tried to find it then, but didn't come across it. Today, I went right to it. I should have found it the first time. TFTC.

October 10, 2009 by w_bovine (3776 found) First time I've ever seen one of these used as a cache container! Signed the log then took a few minutes to pound down a bagel and some water before moving on.
