Geocache Description:

The Grizzly vacation Meet & Greet (8/13/2014)

JAMandF and OG&B will be visiting the USA from 6th to 20th August 2014 on vacation and we thought it would be a good idea to hold an event, We have organised some events in the UK.(Below)

Previous Events

Suffolk/Essex Border cache & Piffle #19

We will be meeting at the Grizzly Bear statue in West Yellowstone at 7.30am for some friendly chat with fellow cachers, so if you live in the area or are on vacation everyone is welcome.

Anyone with Trackables which would like to go back to England(Europe) we would be able to take them back with us.

EVENT DETAILS

7.25am Hang around close to GZ

7.30am Make your way out to the statue(Go behind and don't block the sidewalk)

7.31am Meet and Greet, exchange geochat and Trackables

7.40am Group photo with our best Bear impression.

7.45am Disperse and carry on with your day.

Its August again which means Groundspeak has a new souvenir challenge. This time it is to find different cache types. One of those is to attend an event. This is the first event in August planned for our area. The 7 Souvenirs of August Traditional geocaches are the delicious bread and butter of geocaching. You look it up, go to the coordinates and — Boom! It's there. Everyone high fives and it's on to the next one. This August, your mission is to explore more of the geocaching universe. Find specific geocache types and earn six unique souvenirs for your geocaching profile. Earn all six and you'll be among the super-cachers that unlock a special seventh souvenir.
