A Track through the Woods - this traditional cache is placed within Clowes Wood and New Fallings Coppice which has been designated a site of special scientific interest (SSSI). The wood situated 1km W of Earlswood covers 44.5 ha (110 acres) & has been owned by the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust since 1974, whilst New Fallings Coppice has a management agreement with Bournville Village Trust.
Clowes Wood is bisected by the Birmingham to Stratford upon Avon railway line & it is near here the cache has been carefully hidden mainly because you will get reasonable GPS coverage!
There is a car park on Wood Lane at N52 22.034 W001 51.090 which closes at 5pm (7.30pm BST), however, parking is also available at several places along Wood Lane.
