Should be an quick C & D.
First cache in Bayonne. Located in Bayonne Park which can be quite busy at times. I can be found there in the fall every weekday coaching soccer. Cache is located near fields by the bay.
Since a few have tried to locate this one and have come up empty handed, I am raising the difficulty and supplying hints.
