Mohawk Avenue School or MAS is the second consolidated school in
Sparta after the borough hall moved in on Main Street north end. It
still looks remarkably similar to this picture. It is a tremendous
blast from the past and certainly takes you back in time.
The cache is placed well off property of the school, but close
enough for you to see it in the distance. It is a micro cache with
a log and a pencil. It will not fit anything else.
