Geocache Description:

This is the first Halloween geocaching event held in Maine by www.geocachingmaine.org. We would like to make this an annual event. But we will see how it turns out first. I think we can make this a very fun and interesting event. So please everyone come and join in on the fun and help us with making this a great and wonderful time. If you have any ideas or suggestion to add to the events schedule please let us know.

This is the first time we are doing something like this, so we can use all the help we can get. Right now we are planning on have a prize for best adult costume at the event. You do not have to where the costume to the event if you do not want to. But to be judged on it you will have to put it on at the scheduled time and where it for a while so we can all vote on it.

This is an overnight event. You do not have to spend the night to attend this event though. But if you are going to spend the night please let us know so we can make arrangements to have enough tent room for everyone. We have a very big back year but we need to have a rough idea so we know how to set things up for the event. The more that come the better time we will all have.

We have come up with a rough schedule of events right now. This is subject to change without notice so please keep checking back. Any change or announcements will be posted on www.geocachingmaine.org. Also make sure you check the event site page on the geocaching Maine web site at www.geocahcingmaine.org/halloween2005.
