Mt Eyak Top Station Traditional Geocache

I was able to find the old log book from the old cache site and mail it to the owner. I also got permission to place another cache in this area since the last one was destroyed by someone or something. Possible that a Skunkape might have been in the area. A good spot to have lunch on the mountain. Enjoy Eyak!

This is a small black bison tube with a key ring on the top of it. Please rehang as well as possible, these kind are very evil to look for! You will need to bring your own pencil also, no room for TB's either.  I hope this one will encourage others to search out the ski hill caches. It makes for a fun day on the mountain with lots of excercise! I hope to put more closer to the ridge and the peak of Mt, Eyak, as well as the connecting trail systems. I have spotted Whales in the Orca Inlet at times while up here as well as Black Bears crossing the Ski Hill. Shouldn't be a problem with bears, as they tend to be on Hidden Valley, most of the time late at night.
