Located in Riverside off of exit 4, I-196. Steep bluff and tough descent to cache. You can park on the side of the road, there is a cutout in the curb to drive up on.
Try heading to the left to start, it will be much easier. The cache is a small ammo box.
Update: 3-7-07 I'm glad people are enjoying this cache, I'm sorry for the misleading coordinates. I think it has to do with the area, and my very very old (now dead) gps unit.
