How Geocaching Works
It was time for a cache to be placed in the Rossland - Trail area as there are so many awesome trails nearby. The cache is hidden along the old wagon road (now a popular trail) between Rossland and Trail. There are several different ways to get onto the trail. We parked in Warfield at N49 05.415 W 117 45.264. The cache is just a short hike from there.
Not far off the trail. You are looking for a white plastic container the size of a tobacco can. Think smallish if you are bringing trade items. The original contents of the cache include a Geocaching Pin (a prize for the first to find), a Geocaching Patch, as well as many other wee souvenirs.
