Geocache Description:

Tupperware container wrapped in white plastic bag with a small rock for weight on top.

We placed this cache to let you in on our beautiful secret berry patch. Shhhhh! Berries August through September. Cache should be an easy find, just off road. A good strong signal here. It’s South of Snoqualmie Pass, between Mt. Catherine and Silver Pk. West of Pacific Crest Trail. Original 2003 contents were:
Leather belt hook
Petrified Wood
Small Address Book
Mini Fan (requires 2AA batts, not inc)
Hotwheels car, collector #144
Rain-x
Montana Mosquito Trap
Computer game, Jetfighter 5 (rated E for everyone)
This year I have included a recipe for huckleberry creamcheese pie. Yummm! So easy to make even Dandog can do it. Look in the bag with the log book, if all are gone, copy recipe from last page in log book.
If the berries are a bit over ripe, drive farther up the hill where the higher altitude delays the season.
Driving directions: Drive to Snoqualmie Pass, take exit 54. Drive toward Hyak parking area. Follow small paved road to the left before you enter the Hyak lot. Paved road passes through seasonal cabins. It looks like you can’t, but you can keep going. Past treatment plant and the pavements end. Road becoming Forest road number 9070 to Pacific Crest Trail trailhead.
