Ltsed and I worked I way through Burbank today. Thirty finds, three DNFs, and found three previous DNFs. TNSL It jumped out at us today. Had to be in a "new" location. Eother way - no longer on the DNF list.

Majorjarhead and I worked I way through Burbank today. Thirty finds, three DNFs, and found three previous DNFs. This was one of our previous DNFs multiple times. Not sure how we missed it. Seems like it got moved into a more visible place or maybe we were just blind to this one. TFTC TNSL

4th and last find of the day, and its on a busy street.
A Officer actually saw us looking for it and stopped to see if we were up to no good.
Surprisingly he knew what geocaching was and actually did it himself.
He was the nicest police officer I have ever met, and I have met some really nice officers.

First real disappointment for me and lilredbug--we tore through the locale hinted on (yes, we understood the clue perfectly), but even with help from other clues given in this long log of comments, we dirtied our hands more and more groping around. We were armed with flashlights, searched high and low (low being the seemingly more popular option from other commenters), checked around Charlie, and still came up empty-handed. Definitely troublesome, or missing. Or incredibly micro. Very frustrating.
