"kuriosuna overpass" is the overpass where the opening to traffic is planned in summer, 2010.
The reason of this overpass built is generated chronic traffic jam and air pollution.
This problem of way out is connect directly route 16 and shin-minato district.
so,under construction"shinminato-yokodo line"
kuriosuna overpass is a part of shinminato-yokodo line.
Now,Pass only a bicycle and walker.

黒砂陸橋は２０１０年夏に開通が予定されている陸橋です。
この陸橋が建設された理由は、国道１６号線や京葉道路穴川ＩＣから、臨海工業地区の新港へ抜けるためにはＪＲ稲毛駅や西千葉駅付近の狭く、曲がりくねった道を抜けるしかないため、慢性的な交通渋滞や大気汚染が発生したことから計画されました。
この問題の打開策として国道１６号線と新港地区を直結させる新港横戸町線が建設中で、黒砂陸橋は新港横戸町線の一部です。
現在では歩行者と自転車のみが通行できます。
