Geocache Description:

Cache is hidden in the Arnot Forest. It is a long, rough trail with steep places - not reccommended for your children.

Our Grand Daughters' love this area and have wanted us to go up and hide something. Turn off Rt. 224 and park at N42* 15.360 W076* 40.393.Follow the rail trail. You are 2.19 miles from the cache. If you have a narrow, rugged 4WD you can follow the rail trail to .84 and park in the wide area next to the trail. You can use an ATV or snowmobile but regular size trucks are not reccommended. At the top you will have to go bushwacking for about .10 miles. The cache is an ammo can hidden in a traditional way. There are giant trees here and natural beauty. There are lots of things to enjoy and explore. This is a popular hunting area so wear appropriate orange in hunting seasons.
