Geocache Description:

After the success of last years event, we thought we would try it again. We would like to invite everyone down to Gateway Harbor for a simple meet and greet. Stop by, say hello, and sign the log. Sounds easy right? Well we will be out in Gateway Harbor in our canoe. We will be in the harbor from 11am-12pm. Paddle on out and say hello. There are plenty of caches to do in the area waterways while you are here. For those of you with your own water craft, a few local launch points have been listed below. If there are no boats docked in the way, you may even be able to launch right in the harbor itself. If you do not have a water craft, they can be rented right nearby. They have canoes, kayaks, and even those fancy water bikes (If anyone would like more information on that, please contact me). Please do not swim out and meet us. The harbor is a busy place and there will be plenty of boats going by. For those of you who refuse to go in the water, stop on by. You never know when we might drift close to the shore so you can sign the log. In the event of inclement weather we will simply hold the event right in Gateway Park in NT. Stay tuned to the cache page for any updates.
