While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time I don’t think we can do so any longer. Therefore, I have archived this cache. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

When repairs to this cache are completed, and it is time to have it listed once again it will be no problem as long as it still meets the guidelines. Just drop me a note (by email at reviewer.mongo@gmail.com) and let me know the GC waypoint number of the cache or better yet, the URL of the cache page. You will still be able to access your cache page just as before by going to your “My Cache Page” and clicking the link of your cache.

Geocache Description:

Where will you be when the apocalypse arrives? I'll probably be Geocaching! This series highlights locations that, in some way, could be related to the end of days! This cache will bring you to a place where a loud siren sounds to warn citizens of tornados or other disaters that may be imminent.

You are looking for a well camouflaged film canister with a log book only. BYOP and very small trade items may fit. Have fun with this cache and please replace as found. Parking is nearby and please enjoy the outdoors and start planning for emergencies that may occur. Will you be ready if a tornado comes and wipes out major roadways, medical buildings, grocery stores and electrical power plants? Will you be able to fend for yourself with enough food and fresh drinking water? Will you have alternative forms of power for light and heat?
