The cache is not at the published coordinates which put you in a parking lot from which you can walk to the cache.
This is a simple puzzle that anyone should be able to do. These are all amphibians and reptiles that are common in Delaware. If you have any problems Google search should help you. My reference source was "Amphibians and Reptiles of Delmarva by James F White. The only adddition was a rare frog that should be recognized by most geocachers
