BriGuyNY: New property owners put up N/T signs all along this path. Lots of construction going on. Bittersweet, as I have fond memories of working at this building much earlier in my career.

Seeing as how times have changed since it was placed back in 2010, I decided to archive after a successful 14-year run. My first hide in the series… the one that inspired it all.

Container has been removed. It was a medium-size lock-n-lock, under the lip of a boulder protruding from the earth.

I enjoyed reading all of the logs, but it’s time to move on. Many thanks to all who stopped to experience it.

Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the "Corporate Ca$he - Monopoly Challenge!", in which information needs to be obtained from every cache container before being able to surmise the coordinates for the final stash. Each cache is located within an area of White Plains that is a cluster of corporate offices for a wide variety of companies. After being relocated from upstate New York to one of these offices in June 2010, I realized that although I am surrounded by corporate America life every weekday, the back woods still burn strong inside of me. As a result, this series combines the two, and is designed to take you on a journey that shows the corporate world in a different light.

In the original "Landlord's Game", Mediterranean Avenue was actually Old Kent Road and Baltic Avenue was called Whitechapel Road. I chose the purple squares here because every game/series starts out somewhere, and this is the trail that inspired this challenge, so why not here?

For the fullest experience, park at the listed waypoint and begin at Trailhead #1. "No Trespassing" is specifically for solicitors and the path is open to the public. As a geocacher you should get a good laugh out of the sign at every trailhead here. I sure did! Also, if you're lucky, you may see a certain geo-mobile nearby as well .
