You are looking for a nano cache - a very small magnetic container with a log book wrapped inside it.
It's a city centre so there will be muggles around. Stealth will be required. It is NOT attached to any part of a shop.
Unless you have very thin fingers you may need the help of a tool. A Yale key may suffice or a nail file I suspect would be ideal.
This is a pedestrianised area but there are car parks all around the city centre. Finding them however is not always easy.
