The coordinates will take you to a specific target. From there you must stealthily find the cache! There is a bit of traffic in this area so you might want to bring a camera for "cover". Besides, there are a couple of FUN things to take pictures of here. But please don't post any "spoiler" pictures that will give away the location of the cache.
The hardest part of this cache is to be discrete and to try not to attract too much "muggler" attention! You might have to use your street smarts on this one.
The cache can be "gotten anytime"; but for optimum discression...the best times would be on weekends, or after 5 pm on weekdays.
