Warning

Please note: To use the services of geocaching.com, you must agree to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

This is a greenbelt access point that I never knew existed and it begins in a park that I wasn't aware of. Pickfair park is very small and mostly for small children. The cache is placed in a greenbelt behind the park. Don't leave without also grabbing Pickfair 2, which is across the street from Pickfair Park.

Don't let the terrain rating scare you off. The cache is located about 350 feet from the street and the first 300 feet would be rated a terrain of 1.5. It's only the last 30 feet or so that has some elevation change.

You are looking for a small lock-and-lock container that is large enough for small travel bugs.

We walked over to the cache and got within 30 ft but bumped into a fence. Not sure if it was there when the cache was placed? Backtracked to the playground and vaulted over a little fence then proceeded to GZ. Climbed down poking around the rocks while clinging to a tree - ah there it is!. I read some past logs that mentioned danger to jeans and losing DNA so I made sure I had a secure foothold at every step of the way ;) VERY fun - I LOVE caches that involve a bit of climbing :) Esp since I escaped with jeans and skin intact :D TFTC :)

I happened to be in the area, but I couldn't find either cache tonight... it was dark and cold. Oh well.

Finally made it the normal way from pickfair on the way to get donuts for the family on my bike. Started to go down too soon and it was not passable. Went back up and down at the last moment. Found the cache right away. The coords were right on. Of course, I forgot my pen, I tried to sign with a stick. I also took a picture which I will attach tomorrow.
