Your coordinates should bring you next to a unique cemetary. The parking is easy on the street, and you'll have a short walk and some modest searching to do.
This one is a fairly large homemade cache - our first of this kind. It's not buried. Stay away from the electrical equipment. The cache is a lock box just a bit smaller than a shoebox. The box is cleverly covered and you're going to have to use some strength to uncover it. Focus your search on the ground.
