Bike and walking path between county and city parks.
Easy walk, busy path, lots of walkers, be discreet.
Path is paved. Access can be had from the south end of 8th street, or from South Park parking lot at N 40° 412.544 W 91° 26.994 or the south shelter parking lot in Pollmiller N 40° 42.635 W 90° 26.328. This also gives you access to both Memorial Crossing and Woodland Trail.
