hkw0704: This morning I went to check condition. Though it became a forbidden zone but no security guard therefore many many people (include me) still across the guard line for jog.
Yes, the cache is still there in a good condition however I thought across the guard line is really not a good behavior (minimum fine NTD$3000, maximum fine NTD$15000) so I recycled the container, then I spent 50min in whole park to find another suit place for hide but all not ideal, the only thing I can do is archive this cache.
I think you will never get dangerous if you stay on path, I can not understand why [url=http://www.northguan-nsa.gov.tw/en/aboutus.php]Beiguan[/url] wants to close this beautiful coast line after they spent a lot of money to build the paths, ladders, pavilions, even the railings, it is really a big pity, that is our awesome government [:(!] Anyhow, thanks for the past fun, this cache is archived now.
P.S: There is a marathon award inside the container belong to todofang, I've put it to another cache already.
