This is on the TAM trail, easily accessible from the Chipman Hill Parking. I was on the Means trails, trying to place a few caches. After sadly failing on several attempts because of a multi on the TAM, I decided to place a cache at the far end (having parked on Seminary Street parking).
This trail is well maintained and what I would describe as a fairly easy walking trail (there are a few roots and rocks that make the trail a little harder to negotiate than an average city walking trail). The cache is very close to the trail, but hopefully far enough off the trail to avoid muggles. The undergrowth is low and not difficult to bushwhack through.
This cache will not be winter friendly beyond a few inches of snow.
