Thanks to all the cachers who checked in and checked our guests. Even though this hostel is now archived, we will post the reopening on this page for the loyal watchers.

FREE LODGING! SKINNY DIPPERS WELCOMED! If you can't stay, stop by and take a dip in our tub.
WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON KEEPING A CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT THAT IS ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE FOR OUR GUESTS. THIS HAS BEEN HARDER TO DO BECAUSE OF NONTRACKABLE ITEMS BEING LEFT IN THE HOSTEL. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE SWAG IN THE CACHE.
We also appreciate those cachers who are considerate to the cachers who follow. They help us keep the hostel filled with guests. Please think of other caches who like to move trackables and only take the number you leave behind, or return with some to take their place as soon as you can. PLEASE HELP US KEEP GUESTS IN THE HOSTEL.
Our goal is to help keep TB’s moving, help them catch a ride to travel long distances, help them reach their goals, give then a secure location to help reduce the risk of thief, and provide a place where cachers traveling through the area know they can swap/place TB’s
Our facility has 8 small rooms, 4 large suites, and 2 cottages for those extra large travelers.
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
• 24 hours on site security – two guards are on the premises
• Large outdoor recreation area

• Convenient to 1-15, just a 2.2 mile drive (1.6 as the bird flies). Take exit 338 (Roy -5600 S.) ; head west on 5600 S.; just after the viaduct turn north on 2700 W.; Turn west on 5200 S.; Turn North on 2875 W. and Turn East on 5000 S. or just follow your GPS.
RULES:
• All guests must be signed in on the hostel register, along with their travel goal (if known)
• All departing guests must be signed out on the hostel register before they check out.
• Stay in the hostel is limited to 30 days. Any guest that overstays the limit will be escorted out of Weber County.
• In order to insure our guests have a good night’s rest, CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT IS LIMITED TO DAYLIGHT HOURS. The only exception to this rule is for cachers who are traveling though the area at night and need to find lodging for a TB or need to dip a TB for mileage.
• Any guest who has left the hostel and not been retrieved on line within 7 days will be marked as missing. Please leave a note in the log if you anticipate being unable to retrieve the TB within this time period.
• PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE SWAG IN THE HOSTEL, TRACKABLE ITEMS ONLY.
If you accidently set off the alarm/security system, simply say “Hello” to Bo (tall) and Lucy (short). The security system will reset it’s self after you leave.
THE LISTED CORDS WILL TAKE YOU TO A PLACE WHERE YOU WILL GET INFORMATION FOR THE LOCATION OF THE HOSTEL AND THE SECURITY CODE FOR ENTRANCE INTO THE HOSTEL. Please re-secure the hostel after you have completed your visit. On return visits, please check the 1st location as the security code will change from time to time. The Roy Travel Bug Bed & Bath Hostel is on private property. We are the property owners and placed it in our yard to keep it more secure. You have permission to enter our front yard. No need to go past the wooden rail fence. You may pull into the driveway (if there is room).
PLEASE CHECK THE GOALS AND TRY TO TRADE FOR THOSE TB’s WHICH YOU CAN HELP REACH THEIR GOALS.
All TB’s (with a chain or bag) will receive a souvenir luggage tag.
