The cache is a big
lock & lock container with the original contents being
thumb-sized skateboards and christmas ornaments. Please sign the
log book and hide it as good as you can. This is a fun area that I
decided to put a cache. The old shack gives it a good theme and is
near two busy roads. There are no nearby houses to worry about and
it is far enough from US 27 & 57, so have
fun!!
***UPDATE*** It has been brought to
my attention from a family member that before this was the
sugarbeet factory, it was a town by the name of Ola Corners. As a
ghost town hunter, I am very excited to learn that I own a part of
Gratiot County history! Please look around and picture a once
bustling town of a few hundred people 100 years ago! Once you get
on my property you'll see the old weigh-in building used for
sugarbeets.

Former occupant of
the shack's window met an unfortunate end with a lawnmower. When
you pass the old shack, please give a moment of silence for old
Freddy the Frog!
