Parkveien går fra Høyskolen i Oslo i Pilestredet og frem til Munkedamsveien nesten nede ved Aker Brygge. Gaten har fått navn etter Slottsparken som ligger på østsiden av veien. Tidligere het gaten Store parkvei. Det ligger flere ambassader i Parkveien.

This cache is part of a geocaching game in Oslo, called Geopol. The cache series shows all streets in the norwegian version of the Monopoly game, with emphasis on historic places and how our city has changed over the years. Parkveien is located close to the Royal Castle and gardens. A series of embassies and the home of the norwegian prime minister is located here - that's the reason why this cache is located in the far end of the street.
