Only one of the 16 confluences in Iowa (XXº00.000'N, XXº00.000'W) is on or near public land. Cache is hidden 00.003 minutes (about 20 feet) directly east of this confluence, any closer would be on a farmer's field.
We are updating the write-up from the original as the cache size has changed and there is no longer swag in the container. The original cache was a regular size, this cache is a micro and may or may not be winter accessible.
Note: Navigation to the cache site may be tricky depending on which direction you are coming from. Also note, that you will probably not find the cache at the solved coordinates, as it was placed on the side of the ditch to get it off the edge of the field. The original had been run over and most likely snagged with a field cultivator. Due to tall grass during some times of the year, it may require a bit more searching than at other times. The log sheet does indicate it is Confluence. If you find any other cache it could be the old Obvious cache which we could not find to remove at the time of replacement of this cache.
Note: Highway 30 does not have an exit for this road!
