To celebrate their milestone, the 100th cache placed by Team Marzipan was called The Mother Cache (GC15RYZ).
The object of The Mother Cache is for finders to take ready-prepared caches, BUT ONLY if they are going to hide them as Daughter Caches.
It's about time another SON was born, so here he is. Please allow the poetic license with the name!
This cache is located on the Shropshire Union Canal about a mile and a half from Llangollen Wharf, or about 50 metres from the Sun Trevor Pub! Add to (visit link) and (visit link) for a triple-cache walk starting at Llangollen Wharf. Plenty of parking in Llangollen Town Centre, or pub if you're of the drive-by persuasion. Be aware of the Patrons Only notices though!
The canal towpath can be muddy and uneven in places, and please keep an eye on geokids near the water.
I've replaced the original muggled Marzi Micro with a slightly larger container containing a log book and pencil. There's still not much room for anything else though!
Happy Hunting
Congratualtions to morgs1 and Chilledbud on their joint FTF on 29th December 2009
